Administrative Assistant

Part-time (potential to Fulltime)

Hours 9am-3pm (can be flexible)

$20-23/hour DOE

Exciting opportunity to join the team at SoundBoard Venture Fund!  Will work directly with Partners and assist with Administrative and Bookkeeping duties for this newly created fund.  Opportunity to grown and learn working alongside successful business owners and investors.  Must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detail oriented, and be motivated, responsible, and responsive.


Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Supporting all internal paperwork, workflow, and internal operations

  • Preparing reports and correspondents

  • Calendar management

  • Scheduling meetings for internal and external groups

  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounting records


Ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years in an administrative support position

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Gmail/Google apps, and Calendar Management tools

  • QuickBooks knowledge a plus

  • Assertive and strong communication skills – written and verbal

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills



Ideally within 25 miles of Morris/Essex County NJ
